The view of the Halcyon Care Homes group is that in order to provide an outstanding service to all of our residents, we need to have outstanding teams at every level of the group… especially the top.

Halcyon’s directors understand that the care the group delivers must not only be the best, it must also give our residents’ families the security and comfort of knowing that their loved ones are getting the best possible care. To do this, we know that we must value and invest in our staff so that they have the tools to do their jobs, as well as the passion to constantly develop in order to become more skilled and knowledgeable. How do we achieve this? Through a robust recruitment process, we only employ the best, ensuring that our staff share the same values and aspirations.
