Following the creation of Halcyon Care Homes, Jess then became the group’s Executive Assistant. Jess is a crucial cog in the day-to-day running of Halcyon Care Homes and is always on hand to help in any way she can, and always with a smile. She is the go-to person in the group for any administrative issues. Jess develops excellent relationships in the homes with staff, residents and their relatives.
Her colleagues highly respect Jess for her friendly professionalism as well as her extensive knowledge and support. Jess is often found within the homes eating all the freshly made cakes and treats that are baked to perfection by our excellent catering team.
