Having started working for owner Michael Whitehead as an Administrator in 2015, Jess immediately showed determination, adaptability and reliability. Completing a Business Management Level 3 Diploma, followed by accounting and payroll training, she became Michael’s Personal Assistant.

Following the creation of Halcyon Care Homes, Jess then became the group’s Executive Assistant. Jess is a crucial cog in the day-to-day running of Halcyon Care Homes and is always on hand to help in any way she can, and always with a smile. She is the go-to person in the group for any administrative issues. Jess develops excellent relationships in the homes with staff, residents and their relatives.

Her colleagues highly respect Jess for her friendly professionalism as well as her extensive knowledge and support. Jess is often found within the homes eating all the freshly made cakes and treats that are baked to perfection by our excellent catering team. She’s very passionate about family and food! “Together, we can provide a caring, high-quality person-centred environment our staff and residents can be proud of.
