Marham House Care Home pride themselves on the standard of quality care and commitment they provide for each one of their residents. Pauline Mason joined the Marham House family at the beginning of April 2021, and the improvement in not only her physical appearance, but her well-being was nothing short of a miracle, providing a testament to the wonderful care provided by our team members.

When chatting with Pauline about her time at Marham House and why she thought it had been so beneficial and instrumental in improving her daily life, the following comments were recorded.

“I was having a dreadful time at home. I felt a hundred and I looked a hundred. Life had become unpleasant, and it got me down. My stop at Marham House has made life so much nicer. I feel I am with friends; everyone is so jolly; I feel safe and secure.”

“It has been so lovely to meet new people and Marham House has brought a new happiness to my life. I must be careful of my diet, but I am eating better, and I have enjoyed joining in with activities. I loved the Rickshaw ride and thought the St Georges day singer was marvellous. I am now looking forward to the V.E. celebrations. I think it will be emotional.”

“All the staff have been so kind, and I miss them on their days off. I like it here; I like the people and I could not ask for a nicer place to stay. I am happy!”

A close friend of Pauline’s was also asked to comment on the improvement she had noticed in her friend and stated “What a difference 10 days has made being in your care. She is so happy there and speaks to highly of you all.”
